We'll be releasing the first in our "Co-op" collaborative series. With Saisonniers we've partnered up with the good folks at The ABGB to make a cider that is a first of its kind! Apple juice was first boiled in ABGB's kettle with Madarina Bavaria hops, then fermented, aged, and bottled at the Cidery. The final cider is uniquely delicious, with notes of lemon, tangerine and basil.
Stop by the ABGB on August 31st and get a first crack at Saisonniers! We'll be offering free tastes, and ABGB will tap a special keg (special in that there will only be 2 - one at ABGB and one at our place) of it for glass pours.
