In our second supper club cider preview- we're giving y'all dibs on Texas Keeper Cider's Cortland Demi Sec. It's been known to give citrusy vibes and feels like summer. When I think of July in Texas , I'm reminded of July in India- it's hot y'all. Perfect temperature for hot food.
Naturally, we're throwing a Sichuan inspired meal to go with the new cider! Well, Indian and Sichuan (finally right??)
